Summary of Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of functions to ensure that Mahar is achieving its scope of work as agreed upon for the Plant

Functional Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supports all aspects of plant production by following standard work instructions
• Works as a team safely and efficiently/ supports all shifts with communication and teamwork
• Point of Use Carts inventory and upkeep as required
• Performs tool delivery and pick-up/ washer
• Breaks down tooling using Kelch breakdown units.
• Disassembles tools and cleans to prepare for reassembly and presetting.
• Cleans and calibrates Royal Machines as required in program.
• Preset Tool for test tools if required by Tool Engineer
• Preset Tools –using Royal pre-set units, pre-sets tooling for use on production floor, using computer generated programs.
• Disassembles hollow mill and Turn, Turn, Broach cutters and indexable tooling and Lonero Fillet Rolling Tools when required.
• Indexes inserts on indexable tools to new and proper cutting edges.
• Supports Tooling Engineers as requested
• Cleans and organizes area on a regular basis. Their work stations must be completely cleaned and free of any tooling at the end of their shift.

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED minimum; must pass Team Member test with grade of A or B; must pass drug and background check, including criminal background check.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods of time; must be physically able to operate machinery as required for this position.
